i am so excited to finally share a wedding that is so close to my heart.
my friends, and past studio mates, Gurjeet + Jamie married at Gurjeet’s family home.
it was a multi-day Punjabi Sikh event and i was fortunate to document 3 of those days.
the first day of coverage was Gurjeet’s Maiyan.
the purpose of this event is for her community to come together, celebrate and prepare the bride her for the wedding.
watching this unfold around her was an incredible experience.
so much laughter and so many tears.
